Atomic Punks @ The Rust Festival - San Bernardino, CA |
On Saturday, September 24th, the Punks will play at the first-ever "Rust" Festival in San Bernardino, CA. The Rust Festival is a cover-band re-creation of the famous 1983 US Festival, that featured some of the most popular rock acts of the day, including Van Halen, Judas Priest, the Scorpions, Motley Crue, Ozzy Osbourne, etc.
As part of this faithful re-creation, the Punks will headline the festival (10:30 PM - 11:45 PM), which will feature the following cover acts:
Metal Gods (Judas Priest tribute) - 9:15 PM - 10:15 PM
The Iron Maidens (female Iron Maiden tribute) - 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Crazy Train (Ozzy and Black Sabbath tribute) - 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM
Blackout (Scorpions tribute) - 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
Children Of The Beast (Motley Crue "Shout At The Devil" era tribute) - 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM
Also in addition to the Rust Festival, there will be a "Godfathers of Metal" showcase, that will include the following tribute bands:
Led Zepagain (Led Zeppelin tribute) - 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM
Mini Kiss (Little person tribute to Kiss) - 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
TNT (Official AC/DC-authorized tribute) - 1:30 PM - 2:15 PM
Fireball (Deep Purple tribute) - 12:30 PM - 1:15 PM
