The Atomic Punks will play an entire weekend of shows in So Cal this weekend, starting with Friday, August 19th at Velvet Jones in Santa Barbara, and ending on Saturday night at Central Park in Valencia, CA.
For Friday's show at Velvet Jones, doors open at 9:00 PM, and the Punks should take the stage at 10:00 PM, so plan to get there early just to be safe. Tickets are $10. This is a 21 and older show.
On Saturday, August 20th, the Punks will take part in the "Concerts in the Park" series at Central Park in Valencia.
There is no charge for the show, and it's a family event, so feel free to bring out the kids and enjoy some Van Halen while you sit in a beautiful park environment. The show will go from 7:00 - 8:30 PM.
The band advises everyone that if you want to get a decent parking spot, try to get there by 5:30 PM, so you won't have to walk far to get to the park. It can be a little bit of a walk if you show up 30 minutes before showtime, the shows tend to draw 5,000 people or so.
Should be a great weekend of shows, so everyone come out for two great nights of classic Van Halen. The band thanks you for your continued support.
