before I get the plane tickets reserved for october 12th (Norfolk, Virginia to Los Angeles.) Im flying across the country to see the atomic punks Live at the whisky! and to shake ralph's hand (you da man ralph!)
I could use some advice/help on my destination airport which one is closest to where I need to go (The whisky) ?? LAX?? or. . . . .
second if anyone knows of a decent hotel nearby that wont cost an arm and a leg to stay at, i would greatly appreciate it.just for saturday night.im flying back to virginia early sunday morning.
I cannot wait till then

LAX is your closest airport.

If it were me, I'd stay at the Hyatt House on Sunset Blvd. It's not the cheapest place around, but a lot of rock n' roll history has gone down in that place. And it's only a couple blocks away from the Whisky. If you're only going to be in town for one night, you really should stay right on Sunset Blvd.
