I can't imagine going through something like this and still trying to keep up with a breakneck schedule.

You're amazing Ralph, my heart goes out to you and your family and I hope your dad has a quick recovery.

When my father was ill I found great peace by praying to St Jude. I hope this helps you as well.

Prayer to St. Jude

O most holy apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the church honors and invokes you universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone.

Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege given to you, to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly (state your request) and that I may praise God with you and all the elect forever.

I promise, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, to always honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to you.

Amen.

Hey Ralph, love and warm wishes for you and your dad. Remember to take one day at a time. Just thought you would like to know your music does the same thing for other people. It is a great source of comfort, joy, and energy all at the same time. We all need that from time to time.

Two heart attacks..

I'm a cardiac nurse in real life.. Actually that's not really rare.. The gallbladder thing is probably bothering him the most...

Don't take me the wrong way.. He's lucky... [Wink]
