Sorry for the delay in these pics. I've been pretty busy; however, I must say I think it may have been worth the wait. Just check out this lovely pic of Mr. Saenz:

Thanks....but I don't think it's the camera work. It's the subject....definitely the subject.

You're welcome and yes, it totally helps when the subject is RALPH!! I know this is going to sound totally cheesy, but is it true that Ralph is single? I thought he had a hot model girlfriend/wife? Just curious.....He's such a beautiful man!

Uh, anyone, how was this place, Barrels of Sushi? From the photos it looks like they were playing in the corner of a Burger King. Review please. I was thinking about going up on the 22nd.

The place itself isn't all that small, but the area the guys played in was extremely small <although I've seen them in smaller spaces, e.g. The Swallows Inn>. They weren't even on a stage - poor Russ had to deal with my mug in his face all night. Although, it ended up being a somewhat good thing because I had to guard his mic all night from the drunk dancers - I had to keep it from either being knocked over or from smacking Russ in the face.
The show was really great, of course, but the venue could be better. However, having said that, I'm sure I'll still be heading down there again. <although if they're playing on the 22nd of March, sadly I'll be out of town for a wedding>
Hope this helps.
~Christy
P.S. Thanks for the compliments on the pics, guys. Glad y'all enjoyed them!!!!
P.P.S. Jenn, I miss ya girl!!!!!!!

I couldn't make the recent Atomic Punks show in San Clemente, but my buddy Jeff sent me a link to his photos from the show.
You can see them by going to my VH/DLR links page
I am planning on going to the next Raging Sushi show, it seems like an interesting place.

Thanks guys for the info on the club. Have to play it by ear but I may check out this Flaming Rivers of Sushi on the 22nd. It's only an hour north of me. Do they serve cheeseburgers?
