Was Brain Young the original guitar player?

I started seeing the punks when Bart Walsh played with them. I'm pretty sure that was their original guitar player and the first guitartist Roth plucked from them to be in the DLR band.

That was a cool article. What is Bart up to now. The picture of the original band was neat. From the photo it looks as if there are no original members.
When were the Punks formed anyway?
