Dave Lee Roth, the voice behind Van Halen's earlier days, apprehended a trespasser at his home this past weekend. Apparently, on Saturday, (4/26) the singer was awakened at 3am by some noises in his garden and grabbing his shotgun, he went out to investigate. He found a man carrying a knife and held him there until the Pasadena police arrived to arrest him. From his home, Roth, who has a new record called Diamond Dave coming out on July 8, said, “Anyone found bearing arms here at night … will be found here in the morning.”
