I just get some pictures, but no interview, hon. What's up with that? (I checked the other interviews to see if maybe it was a cache problem, but it isn't - the rest of them load up just fine.)

We're having some problems with the video interview. I'm not yet certain what the cause of the problem is, however it can be resolved by RIGHT CLICKing on the video window, and then click STOP wait for a couple seconds, and then RIGHT CLICK again, and then click PLAY. That should start the video again, with audio playing. On rare occasion it may take a couple tries, but that usually resolves it the first time. We're working on getting the problem taken care of; but this should be a temporary fix in the interim.
