I saw a few friends at the Motley show tonight. What did you guys think?? I thought they were absolutely GREAT!!! Great show, lots going on, the band played great, Vince sang great compared to past tours. I thought Tommy's drum solo was pretty weak, but the rest kicked ass.

I saw them last month in Columbus and thought the same thing. Vince has never had a great "live' voice, but he sounded as good as he did on the Dr. Feelgood tour. As far as Tommy's drum solo, it sucked. He's acting like a punk rapper. "Yo yo yo, check this out". What a joke.

I still don't really know how to explain my experience. I was at the meet and greet and I FINALLY got my Shout cd signed. I felt pretty weak with my cd compared to some people with their original Too Fast For Love records, posters/flyers from thier first gigs, and other rarities. I went back to my car and drank a ton with my friends until it was time to go in. My goal of the night was to sneak my camera in. My camera is bulkier than most so the day before the show I came up with something incredibly dorky where I could walk normally and have the camera tucked away. I went thru the pat down with my cool guy camera underpants and passed thru with flying colors. The show started and media gets to take pictures for the first 3 songs. There were so many photographers that security was off to the sides and I shot as much as I could. A couple songs later I got caught and they took my battery for the rest of the show [Frown] . Anyway heres what I managed to get until I got caught.

Btw I patented my camera underpants and my commercial is going to be on at 3:23 am during old reruns of Mama's Family so buy yours today!

Hey.. I got the show at Madison Square Garden.. NYC. F*ckin unreal!!! Then got the show at The Joint at the Hard Rock.. I stood at the VIP table with Ralph's buddy Drew Carey all night.. We rocked the night away with some pyro dysfunction and chocking of gasoline! I give it up to the boys of the Crue.. ALWAYS.. but Ralph can out sing Vince any given day.. We all know that. As for Tommy's drum solo, it was awesome.. Way different in Vegas than the Hard Rock.. I was away getting beers both times, but props to Tommy.. MetalSkool will always put a smile on my face. I love you guys...

I saw Motley in Oakland, CA. They were grrrrrrrreat. Quite a comeback for those middle aged men........ But, i agree, Ralph can do just as good as Vince! Plus, Ralph's better lookin...... [Bouncey] [Eek!]

Hey Joe, saw you right up front that night. SWEET!
I enjoied the show. Like you I felt Tommy's solo was WEAK! I also think Vince called in a lot of his vocals, that was kind of a let down.
The show as a whole was great. I loved the pyro and circus acts.

Good show...Now back to the importaint stuff. PUNKS TONIGHT!

Did Vince go back to being a blonde? His hair looked like sh*t [Eek!] on that Remaking show when they dyed it dark brown.
