**DISCLAIMER** I'm NOT spamming the board promoting this band, just though all would like to see these guys.

Just saw this link posted at www.vhtrading.com:

www.unchainednj.com

I viewed a video sample of "Unchained", and though I can appreciate the effort, their guitarist looks like Eddie circa '88/'89. The DLR clone is really overdone. The vocals for sounding like Dave are there, and he does sound like him, but the guy just isn't a singer like Ralph.

i agree with the effort, but "the punks" are still the band to see and in my opinion, always will be..there just way to much talent for anyone to compete with..thats my 2 cents [Thumbs Up!]

Dude, the guitarist looks like Artie Lange with a wig. The singer does sound like DLR, but yes, he can't sing as well as Ralph.

His vibrato is really strange.....machine gun-like. Other than that, he's pretty good. The guitar tone just isn't quite right. If they could work on those two things......... they still wouldn't be as good as The Atomic Punks........ha ha!!!! C'mon........How good-lookin' is Ralph? Especially with his own hair, thank you. And Russ is a sweetie, cutie patooty. The chemistry in Punks between Ralph and Russ is also unbeatable. Although, bassist and drummer are low-key personality wise, they are awesome musicians as well. The sound is solid!! [Big Grin]

OMG there is NO comparison - in musicianship, in looks, in energy/chemistry - our boys have got 'em beat!!! (And you're right, the guitarist TOTALLY looks like Artie Lange in a wig. WTF? Hahaha)
