I was going through the Las Vegas Weekly and saw an add that said "National Lampoon's Metal Skool: the original from Los Angeles every Tuesday starting October 11th in the Empire Ballroom"----does anyone know if this is Ralph and Russ's Metal Skool, or just another cheap imitation?

Wow, Metal Skool's now on Sundays in Arizona, Mondays in LA, Tuesdays in Vegas, and Wednesdays in San Diego? I'm exhausted just *thinking* about it! Will this mean less time and energy for Punks gigs?

This isn't the end for the Punks is it? Maybe a new lead singer that wears red capris and a Ronald McDonald wig?

Is Metal Skool playing Tuesdays in November? I know DLR will be in Vegas on November 1. I am going to be in Vegas that week and I will also see the Punks at Sunset that Fri and Sat, if MS is there too that would rock.

Seriously, even if they weren't in 4 or 5 different cities a week, I don't know how Ralph can scream out metal songs 5 or 6 nights a week. I think I'd be voiceless every other month. I guess that's why he's the MAN.

Hey...the iron is HOT....gotta make money on this while they can.
I'm not sure anyone truly wants to see Satchel and Michael REALLY 55 years old on stage in spandex.
