I believe this is Fresno, California '78 if I'm not mistaken. Ed was rippin'! I would have liked to see the finish of You Really Got Me with the shark guitar!

I believe the Fresno boot is taken from the other side of the arena, audience shot. This angle looks like the Boston boot I've seen. (of course I could have them mixed up)
